I prefer my second version as it has a better magazine layout. The second page of the review is much more professional and no less blank/white spaces.

Finally after seeking feedback from the audience I have made further improvements and created my final magazine film review:

MY PLAN:
Im going to produce design 1 as it shows the best use of space in respect of text. I have clear layout of images and you can see the main page of review and it doesn't interfere with the other page of character and location information.

*UPDATE*: 21/12/14- I have created the design 1 and after asking other for feedback I will be changing the second page to make the magazine make better use of space and remove the wasted white space. I will be uploading my drafts on a separate post but I have chosen to try the second page layout from design 3 and mix it with the planned page 1 of design 1.

MY PLAN:
Im going to produce design 2 as it keeps everything in line/simple and has I really like the idea of the location being the one background image instead of them being side by side to show which would be too much information and confusing on the poster, like in design 3. I have chosen not to have all of the actors on the same poster like design 3 because it give too much away before seeing the film.

*UPDATE*: 20/12/14- I have created the design 2 and after asking other for feedback I will be changing slight things regarding layout and scaling to make the most of the size and create the best possible final product. I will be uploading my drafts on a separate post but I have chosen to use the clouds idea from design 3 and mix it with the planned design 2. I have also used the text bubble quote idea from design 1.
